Crocheted Baby Socks

I wanted to make a few little things to go with the Teddy Bear hat I made, so when I found this pattern on Pinterest I just had to try it!

The pattern was easy to follow and they make up very quickly
If you are looking for a really cute addition to a baby gift, these are it!

I’m still considering making a little diaper cover to go with them.

Crochet Kitchen Towel Holder

Today’s,  and the final,  project for this week’s Quick and Easy Crochet projects is a fast and easy dish towel holder.

I found the link to this pattern on It is a free download on Craftsy.

This project made up quick and simple and it looks a whole lot tidier than just having the towel hanging over the oven door handle! (Just pretend you don’t notice the fingerprints lol…. my oven/stove got a lot of use yesterday!)

Sock Monkey Mug Cozy

Here is Saturday’s contribution to the Quick and Easy Crochet series we have been doing.

I was at a loss as to what to make next and then thought about the sock monkey mug cozy I made for someone for Christmas a few years ago.  I remembered it was really quick and easy to make so it fit in perfectly!

I had a bunch of scraps from some other things I made and it worked out perfectly for this project!  I made another one yesterday!

I think I will give this one to Dillon because Orange is his favourite colour, for whatever reason!

Crocheted Dish Scrubbies

Today’s Quick and Easy crochet project(s) are dish scrubbies.  I know, not very exciting but a great way to use up some scraps you have laying around.

The first one I found at

I can’t remember the last time I did anything with the Bobble Stitch, this seemed a good time to reacquaint myself with it.  I forgot how much I liked the bobble stitch and how it looks.

Cat Butt Coasters

Yes, that is a sort of offensive name and no, it is not a coaster for your cat to put their butt on lol, these are adorable drink/table coasters that just look like your cat’s butt!

I found these at My Yarn Spot and just had to try them!  We are all cat lovers (and dogs) so these were a no-brainer to try! And they most definitely fall into our Quick and Easy Crochet projects week.  Each “coaster” took me about 15 minutes to complete, including weaving the ends in.

If you are looking for a quick and easy project that is very unique, look no further.  These would be great as a gift for your crazy cat friends or a great project for the craft sale season!

Crochet Boot Cuffs

Yesterday all I managed to make was dinner and these Crochet Boot Cuffs.  I had another Drs appointment, which affected most of the day, but I didn’t want to not post today!

These boot cuffs fall into our Quick and Easy Crochet week well.  It only took just over an hour to make both of them from start to finish! I know it really isn’t boot weather now but they would make great Christmas gifts if you are like me and start planning what you are doing this early!

I took different aspects I liked out of various boot cuff patterns I had read and turned those into these!  I will include the pattern below!
