Felt Pumpkin Pouches

This is a cute, quick and easy Halloween/Fall craft that would be fun to do with the kids, with a little supervision!

This craft took probably less than 15 minutes to make but would be a cute addition to a Thanksgiving table or to fill with treats for the kids at Halloween.

I started by tracing and then cutting out a circle onto the pieces of orange felt, using a salad plate as a template.

I used my hole punch to add holes around the perimeter about an inch apart.  You can see the corner where I tested to make sure the hole punch was actually going to work!

I cut leaves out of green felt and added one hole at the base of the leaves.

I threaded my green, sparkly pipe cleaner through the holes, forming the “pouch.”

Filled it with a few candies.

Threaded the pipe cleaner through the hole in the leaves, twisted the pipe cleaner to hold it closed and curled the ends of the pipe cleaner around a pencil to curl it and I had a cute little Pumpkin Pouch!
