
Cheesy Garlic Quick Bread
This bread looks and tastes great! Smells wonderful in the oven while it’s cooking, the whole house smells of it’s awesome cheesy garlic aroma! Very quick and easy to make.

In the bowl of stand mixer, or mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, grated parmesan and grated cheddar.
Add milk, egg and olive oil and mix until just blended.
Fold into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 3 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Each of Dried Oregano and Dried Basil
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar (or Mozzarella)
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 4 x 8 loaf pan.
- In the bowl of stand mixer, or mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, grated parmesan and grated cheddar.
- Add milk, egg and olive oil and mix until just blended.
- Fold into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Let cool 5 minutes then transfer from pan to cooling rack.
- Eat warm from oven or slice and store in large baggie.
